How to book with us – Italiaontour!

Booking process – You can book individual services as well as a package to Italy through us. To conclude a contract, we need a written confirmation by email to [email protected]

For the collection of your data and the creation of a travel confirmation, we also need:
Names of the travelers, date of birth, place of birth, place of residence and telephone number at which we can reach you at any time.

We will send you the travel confirmation for your booking within 24 hours. A deposit of 30% of the travel price is due immediately, while the remaining payment is only due 30 days before arrival. In the case of short-term reservations, the full amount is due immediately. Payment is made by bank transfer to our account or credit card. We accept credit card payment with a fee of 2,5 % of the price.

After we have received the total amount, we will send you the travel documents for your booking to Italy. We can easily book the flight separately at the daily price. In this case we compare the prices of the airlines and make the reservation for the cheapest flight option after consultation with you. The flight to your booking will be debited directly from the airline upon reservation. In this case, payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. We charge an agency fee of € 20 per person on return flights for the reservation.

When booking individual special services such as transfer or excursion, the total amount is due immediately.
