Travel campaign Italy 2021 – ITALIAONTOUR recognizes the following advantageous conditions for all offers and booking confirmations from today and until April 30, 2021 with arrival from May 1, 2021 to October 31, 2021:
• Free rebooking without a specific reason up to 21 days before departure for packages including flights
• Free change or cancellation of the trip up to the day before departure due to restrictions imposed by the authorities such as containment measures for COVID 19 and the issuing of a travel voucher.
• All other cases of cancellation (e.g. after the 21st day or the 30th day from the departure date described above), the general terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation by Italiaontour
It is always understood that cancellations can be made by the tour operator regardless of the traveler’s choice if restrictions imposed by the competent authorities intervene or if they continue to exist if they have already been issued, e.g.
1. Travel ban for travelers in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic emergency
2. Prohibition of entry into the country by the government authorities of the chosen destination
The reasons listed in points 1 and 2 do not include any health obligations that the traveler must undergo on arrival in the country of destination or on his return to the country of origin (e.g. the obligation to undergo a Covid test or other types of tests and any restrictions on the tourist services communicated at the time of confirmation), as these are circumstances that the traveler can already take into account and evaluate at the time of the request to book the trip.
All requested services that require prepayment, e.g. B. special non-refundable airfares or certain ground services are exempt from this policy. In these cases, the amount of advance payments required to book the requested services will be required as a deposit. The cancellation conditions are those indicated in the offer.
